Or a lighthouse; Antihistamines (such as Diphenhydramine), Cispride, Dropridoid, Ketolides (e.g., Telethromycin), Macrolides (e.g., Erythromycin), MbPradil, Pimozoid, or Streptogram (e.g., Quinupreastin / Dalefirpestin) are due to serious illness. Dizziness, unconsciousness, life-threatening abnormal heart beatness, and lack of heartbeat can be increased by amrititline; Carbamazepine, thyroid drugs (e.g., levothyroxine, sinoid), or stimulants (e.g., albuterol, pseudoephedrine).

When missed a dose (amitriptyline)

If you miss a dose of amitriptyline, then take it as soon as possible. If this is about time for your next dose, leave the missed dose and go back to your regular diet program. Do not take 2 doses at once.
